S.E.A. Room at Skipper Canteen
Even the newest cookie shop at Disney Springs has its own backstory, but there’s one tale that encompasses almost all of Disney’s theme parks! We bet there’s a good change you might not even know this is a thing (and for some folks, it’s a BIG thing!). Hello from Disney World! WHAT a month, right?

There are over 200 restaurants in Disney World, but only a select few tend to get all the glory like Be Our Guest Restaurant or Cinderella’s Royal Table.
But, there are quite a few under-the-radar restaurants that aren’t talked about much but are still worth checking out! Some are our favorite spots in all of Disney World! Don’t be the Disney guest that just passes by these restaurants — here’s why we think you should make time for them!
Hello from Florida! It’s almost summer and we’ve been busy indulging in some very yummy summer treats!

Peach Melba Cupcake. Yum.
We’re talking about new Starbucks drinks, a boozy cake, and a $20 Cruella cake (and we’d pay that again)! But we’ve also been excited about some restaurant reopenings (‘Ohana – yay!), as well as checking out the menus for restaurants all over Disney World!
You’ve heard of the Jungle Cruise, you’ve heard of the backside of water, but have you heard of Jungle Navigation Co. Skipper Canteen!? That’s right! We’re bringing you a review from the punniest and most adventurous restaurant in Magic Kingdom.

Skipper Canteen Spread
We’re headed over to Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland to try out a restaurant we’ll be calling Skipper Canteen for this review (since that full name is SUPER lengthy). This is the only table service restaurant in Adventureland and easily the home of most of the more interesting meals that you can find in Magic Kingdom. We love this restaurant and think it’s a rock-solid addition to Magic Kingdom, yet many guests take it for granite. It’s definitely one of the boulder choices for dining in Disney World’s original park. (We should apologize now: buckle up — it’s gonna be a lot of Jungle Cruise jokes!)
When it comes to eating in Disney World, there are SO many options to choose from!

Whether you are a fan of classic Disney restaurants like ‘Ohana, or newer restaurants like Topolino’s Terrace, we’re here to see if YOUR favorite restaurant is actually overrated!
