That’s because we’ve been eating our way around the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival – SO MUCH amazing food, y’all. That means we checked out the NEW booth that arrived this year. Over in Magic Kingdom, we mourned the loss of the Cheshire Cat Tail, but we did try its replacement. Of course, like always, Disney World menus saw some updates, so let’s have a chat about that!
We talk a lot about the normal menus in Disney World, but what about the KIDS menus?

(Most kids aren’t crazy about trying all the unique international food booths around EPCOT’s World Showcase — sorry.) So we checked out which Disney World restaurants have the best kids meals.

SO much happened in May: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind has officially opened in EPCOT. We had a ton of announcements come in from Star Wars Celebration. While all that was going on, we also kept an eye on every menu at Disney World restaurants so we could keep you updated on any changes.

We’re still riding on the high of riding Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic rewind last week, getting updates on TRON Lightcycle Run testing, and drooling over the new Mexico ears over in EPCOT. Hello, and welcome to the world-famous Jungle Cruise…restaurant. That’s right, we’re back at the Jungle Navigation Co. Skipper Canteen (and no, we didn’t have to visit the backside of water to get here).

Now, if you’ve ever visited Skipper Canteen, you’ll know it’s one of the punniest dining spots in all of Disney World, and you’ll know that it’s also something we often refer to as a hidden gem. So when Disney decided to add some new items to the Skipper Canteen menu, we had to put on our adventurer’s hats to check it all out.
Picture this — it’s 12:30PM and you’re wandering around a Disney World park, trying to find something to eat that’s 1. nearby 2. actually tasty and 3. not ridiculously expensive or time consuming. We’ve totally been there before! Luckily, we can help you out.

There are a bunch of places to eat in Disney World, but some are much better than others (and we’ve tried them ALL, so we would know!). We’ve got some tried and true dining spots that almost never let us down, so let’s talk about some restaurants that you should definitely check out for lunch while you’re in Disney World!
April is over and to quote Mickey, “OH, BOY!” It was certainly a busy month in Disney World — at least when it comes to eating and drinking (something that we LOVE to do!).

With festive treats to celebrate Easter and Halfway to Halloween to price increases on several iconic snacks, there was already a lot to keep track of. But then Disney surprised us and opened up a BRAND NEW restaurant in EPCOT, Connections Cafe and Eatery. We’ve got a lot of menu updates to cover — so let’s get right to it!

April was a busy month for Disney World restaurants, though. We’ve seen a ton of more price increases, but we also saw the release of new…Halloween snacks? Yep, Disney is all about celebrating “Halfway To Halloween,” and we are here for it. But in the meantime, things are still changing on restaurant menus, and we’ve got ALL the updates from the last week of April!
Is it just us, or do things TASTE better when they come from a “secret” menu? Whether it’s “Animal Style” fries from In-N-Out, the Pink Drink from Starbucks, or a Wawa Rainbow Bagel, it seems it’s just human nature to want to be in on the secret.
SHHHH… Secret Menu
Disney World is also full of secrets, right? There are Hidden Mickeys everywhere, references to key Disney figures in the windows on Main Street, U.S.A., and inside jokes on the signage adorning Animal Kingdom buildings. And there are, of course, secret menu items!
Considering it’s the Most Magical Place on Earth, there may not be a BETTER place to celebrate your birthday than Disney World!
Disney World is still celebrating its 50th birthday!
No matter what you do, where you go, and what you eat, you’re basically guaranteed an AMAZING birthday for the record books — especially if you eat at certain restaurants!
