Disney World can be very overwhelming.
It’s not a pleasant truth, but it’s the truth nonetheless. Disney World is huge, it takes a decent amount of planning, and there are usually a lot of people in the parks. We have tips and guides to help you with all of this, but sometimes you can just find yourself feeling very anxious while in the parks, specifically in Magic Kingdom due to the crowds. So, we have a list of some places that we’d recommend checking out if you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just need a breather for a few minutes while you’re in the park.
October has come and gone, but WOW!
A LOT happened in the spookiest month of the year, and we’re not even talking about all the Halloween stuff. We saw a Disney World restaurant that has been closed since 2020 FINALLY reopen and we ate a LOT of fall snacks. We also saw A LOT of menu updates at Disney World restaurants, and we’re laying them all out for you right here.
Disney World is a great destination for the young and the young at heart!

Wow! What a month! It’s hard to believe September has already come and gone.
We’ve been celebrating a lot throughout the month, too — we’ve been enjoying Halloween since August (including a night at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party), we’ve been celebrating Hispanic and Latin Heritage Month with a TON of amazing food, and we’re still reeling from all the announcements made at this year’s D23 Expo! But we’ve also been following Disney World restaurant menus and tracking EVERY change!
When it comes to dining in Magic Kingdom — we tend to have A LOT of feelings.

Today, though, we’re not talking secret menu cheese bread or Falls Family Falafel — instead, we’re bringing you with us to try two NEW cocktails at Skipper Canteen!
There are ALWAYS food updates in Disney World. Menus change, new snacks arrive, and seasonal treats are the norm!
That doesn’t even include all the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival foods, but needless to say, you’ll never go hungry in Disney World. Here’s the thing, though — sometimes Disney World restaurant menus change, too, and we’ve had a few changes this week!
Our handy (and portable!) ebook guides make sure you get the best deals and can plan a vacation of a lifetime.
