We consider ourselves to be Disney food experts at this point, but you don’t have to take our word for it alone — many of the restaurants on Disney World property are award-winning. Several places have been awarded recognition from the Michelin Guide in the past, and this year, we can add even more dining spots to that count!

Oven-Roasted Shrimp Scampi
SO much happened in May: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind has officially opened in EPCOT. We had a ton of announcements come in from Star Wars Celebration. While all that was going on, we also kept an eye on every menu at Disney World restaurants so we could keep you updated on any changes.
What’s the best part of going to Disney World regularly? There is ALWAYS something new to eat!
Pepperoni Pizza Egg Roll
You know us — we are ALL about trying new snacks, new foods, and new drinks. Just this week, we tried Sweet Tea Fried Chicken, a brand new Bubble Waffle Sundae, a humongous pizza roll, and more! We’re always keeping a close eye on Disney World restaurant menus to see when new things arrive, but we look for other changes, too.
Disney World has a TON of food options for everyone, from meat lovers to plant-based eaters.
Teriyaki Tofu Bowl
Over the past few years, we’ve seen a lot more options be added for plant-based eaters in the parks and resorts, like full booths at EPCOT festivals, special Ronto Wraps, and even a “lobster” roll! There is usually always some type of plant-based or vegetarian offering at table service restaurants too, but one popular spot is taking it a step further with a whole bunch of NEW plant-based items coming soon!

There’s a new drink at Starbucks!
We’re still riding on the high of riding Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic rewind last week, getting updates on TRON Lightcycle Run testing, and drooling over the new Mexico ears over in EPCOT. But don’t worry because we’re still keeping a close eye on Disney World restaurant menus, and we’ve got all the updates for the week right here!

Tony’s Town Square Restaurant
Although the highlight was probably riding EPCOT’s Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, we’ve also had fun trying out some new snacks, including some fun Mother’s Day treats, as well as some May the 4th snacks. But we’ve also been keeping an eye on EVERYTHING happening at Disney World restaurants.
Considering it’s the Most Magical Place on Earth, there may not be a BETTER place to celebrate your birthday than Disney World!
Disney World is still celebrating its 50th birthday!
No matter what you do, where you go, and what you eat, you’re basically guaranteed an AMAZING birthday for the record books — especially if you eat at certain restaurants!
