For people who visit Disney World pretty often, an Annual Pass could be a great way to save some money on your trips.
Annual Pass
The pass covers park admission (with park hopper), and Passholders get discounts at some merchandise locations and restaurants inside Disney World. In addition, an Annual Pass means free parking at the theme parks, and it grants the holder access to some exclusive merchandise at gift shops around Disney. Perhaps for the first time all year, we don’t have a single entry this month from a theme park on either our best or worst list. Every item we’re covering today came from outside of the parks, and the majority (with the exception of one) came from the resorts!
Over the past several months, character dining options have become available at several Disney World spots, including Chef Mickey’s, Tusker House, and Hollywood & Vine.

Not too long ago, we shared that Story Book Character Dining at Artist Point in Disney’s Wilderness Lodge would be reopening on December 16th. Recently, we got our first chance to check out this reopened spot, and here’s what we saw!

We’ve seen a HUGE gingerbread house over at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and a Little Mermaid-themed gingerbread carousel at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. Now we’re heading to another Disney hotel to see what kind of decorations they’ve got up!

Today is Disney World’s 50th anniversary! We’ve been taking you LIVE with us around the theme parks and resorts to show you the latest in food, decor, merchandise, entertainment, and more. Right now, we’re checking out the celebrations happening at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and they’ve got a brand new treat to celebrate the anniversary!
Extra Magic Hours haven’t been available at Disney World since it shut down back in 2020. Instead, Disney created new perks for hotel guests that aren’t quite the same as Extra Magic Hours but do allow guests more time in the parks.
Happily Ever After in Magic Kingdom
Hotel guests on Disney property are able to get Early Theme Park Entry to all 4 theme parks, meaning they can go into the parks before they officially open. This includes guests at every Disney-owned hotel on property as well as Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels, Disney World’s on-property military hotel, and other local hotels. We have a full list of all the hotels eligible for Early Theme Park Entry here.
However, ONLY guests at Deluxe and Deluxe Villa resorts have access to Extended Evening Hours, which allow you to stay in certain parks on select nights after they close. But the big question: would YOU be willing to shell out Deluxe resort prices for this perk? Here’s what our readers said!

Although we’ve been checking out the newly reopened restaurants in Disney World, like ‘Ohana, Citricos, and Trail’s End, we noticed some new menu items pop-up at Territory Lounge!
Whispering Canyon is a favorite among guests, and we revisit it often to check if it still delivers on the food and fun we’ve come to expect. When we saw the new Mickey-shaped scrambled eggs were making an appearance here — we had to check it out! We hope you’re in the mood for a rollickin’ good time with some equally good eats!
