Everyone, get ready! November 3rd is coming up fast, and you know what that means.
The popular Fantasmic! nighttime show is finally returning to Disney’s Hollywood Studios on that date! The show will bring back Sorcerer Mickey, Maleficent as an impressive dragon, and lots of other Disney characters (including some that will be new to this show!). In addition, Fantasmic! Dining Packages will be returning as well, later on in November. And we have some BIG news for anyone hoping to book one of those packages.
Well, we saw a lot of price increases in Disney World this week.
Some were for food (we’ll get to that in a bit), but we also saw a price increase for Genie+ and the service switched to flexible pricing, meaning you’ll pay even more when demand is high. We’ve touched a little upon the food increases, but here’s the thing — there were a LOT more and we’re unpacking ALL those restaurant menu changes for you right here.
Wow! What a month! It’s hard to believe September has already come and gone.
We’ve been celebrating a lot throughout the month, too — we’ve been enjoying Halloween since August (including a night at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party), we’ve been celebrating Hispanic and Latin Heritage Month with a TON of amazing food, and we’re still reeling from all the announcements made at this year’s D23 Expo! But we’ve also been following Disney World restaurant menus and tracking EVERY change!
Well, it’s been a WEEK!
So much is going on right now. We had the first Oogie Boogie Bash in Disneyland, we celebrated Disney+ Day in the parks, and we’re getting ready for a TON of announcements from the D23 Expo this weekend! But we’re still thinking about FOOD, which means we’re keeping an eye on Disney World restaurants to see if anything has changed.
What’s not to love about a giant board of meat and cheese??
We did the tasty research and put together a ranking of the best charcuterie boards in Disney World. It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it! We tried each cured meat, artisanal cheese, and tasty tidbit to determine which board is the best bang for your buck. Try not to drool while you’re reading!
Sometimes it’s fun to get out of our comfort zone and try new foods in Disney World, even if the flavor combination sounds bizarre — like with the 50th Celebration Cone, made with Dole Whip lemon and cookie dough soft serve (which oddly works!).
But still, not every Disney World dish or flavor combo works, and we’ve compiled a list of the best and worst foods we tried in March! Here’s what you might want to add to your next Disney World food list — and what you might not.
Hey there DFB friends, we’re here with another update about what’s new in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
There are reasons to continue to expect a LONG line for one popular Hollywood Studios ride, and the park also celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with a surprise photo op! Read all about it here.
In case you hadn’t noticed, today is a VERY special day!

Walt Disney: One Man’s Dream
It’s Walt Disney’s birthday! And with us being…well…us…we think the best way to celebrate is WITH FOOD. So if you’re heading to Disney World OR if you’re just celebrating at home, we’ve got somee of Walt’s favorite foods that you can get at Disney World and recipes you can make at home!
Now that the holiday season has officially arrived at Disney World, we’ve been busy enjoying a lot of the holiday foods.

Holiday cookie from Gideon’s Bakehouse
We ate our way around the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays, as well as tried out many other holiday snacks around the resort. But while we were eating our way around Disney World, we were also keeping a close eye on restaurant menus to see what’s changed.
