Enjoy cuisine inspired by the Sunshine State during Disney Springs Flavors of Florida, a summer event starting soon! From July 1st – August 11th, 2024, over 40 eateries and restaurants all around Disney Springs showcased limited-time dishes and drinks for this event. Now, let’s check out all the new and returning eats!
We may only be halfway through the year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t start getting excited about the holiday season!
Hollywood Studios during the holiday season
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays, and Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios will all be returning, and we don’t blame you if you’re planning a trip. But, Disney made a ton of announcements, so we’ve rounded them all up for you right here!
If you have a day planned in Disney Springs, you’ll want to plan to have some lunch while you’re doing all that shopping…if you can ever manage to leave the seductive World of Disney store, that is (we know, it’s SO hard).
Raglan Road
Now, there are a lot of GREAT lunch options in Disney Springs, including some of our favorite restaurants. You could grab some quick bites to go, but if you’re looking to save a little bit of money (because…you know…all that shopping!), you might want to head on over to Raglan Road for the special summer lunch menu, which offers cheaper versions of many of Raglan Road’s existing lunch menu. Say what? Want to know what that’s all about? Well, we checked it out for you!
When we find food or restaurant in Disney World that we absolutely love, you KNOW we’re going to shout about it from the rooftops — a LOT.
Disney Springs
That’s why we will never shut up about the restaurants we ALWAYS go back to like Hollywood Brown Derby in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Nomad Lounge in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Sanaa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, and Homecomin’ and Wine Bar George in Disney Springs. You can now grab a discount at one of those restaurants…if you qualify.

You shouldn’t break theme park rules or plan too much for your day so that your family gets overwhelmed and exhausted. You shouldn’t skip water breaks throughout the day or yell at Cast Members. But one other common rule that we usually tell our followers — you shouldn’t break in new shoes during your Disney World vacation!

Disney Springs is home to some of the BEST dining options in all of Disney World, and one of our favorites is Paddlefish. This steak and seafood restaurant consistently makes our list of the best Disney Springs restaurants and now you can get a big discount if you decide to eat there this summer — see if you qualify!
Inside Out 2 has officially debuted in theaters! We have been anticipating the opening for months with lots of themed offerings in the parks including themed treats, character meet and greets, a sneak peek at the Walt Disney Presents theater, an addition to a nighttime show, and more.
‘Inside Out 2’ is in theaters!
Now, you can finally see the movie in theaters. We are feeling all the emotions, as Inside Out 2 had a very successful opening weekend at the box office.
A popular store at Disney Springs is now temporarily CLOSED.
Disney Springs
Disney Springs is the shopping and dining district in Disney World, with almost 100 stores and gift shops, more than 60 restaurants and snack stands, and over 20 entertainment offerings. Right now, however, one of those gift shops is unavailable, and there’s no word yet on when it might open back up.
Okay, we tried LOTS of new food this week in Disney World — and we’re not mad about it.
Loaded Totcho Bowl
First, we found a Loaded Totcho Bowl at Wilderness Lodge, and it is officially one of our favorite Disney World breakfasts. We also had a chance to dive into a DELICIOUS new boozy snack at the Contemporary Resort. We also dove into the new exclusive Annual Passholder treat now available at Hollywood Studios. All we can say is YUM. Now, we’re taking a look at Disney World restaurant menus to see what else has changed.
