It’s been a great week in Disney World, especially when it comes to food.
Meal at Nine Dragons
Mostly, we’re just excited that we finally got the menus for the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays, which starts on November 29th — and yes, we’ll be running around EPCOT all day eating EVERYTHING. We also tried some new menu items at Sci-Fi Dine In in Hollywood Studios. We also spent some time researching Disney World restaurant menus, and we’ve got some changes to tell you about.
Happy holidays, DFB friends! Yep, it’s officially the holiday season in Disney World and we’re ready to eat all the holiday snacks and go to the first Jollywood Nights and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
Eats in Animal Kingdom
It’s been quite a week in Disney World. We just got word that NEW gingerbread displays are coming to Disney World this holiday season (we can’t wait!). We got details on a fun Diwali fest that’s coming to Disney Springs. Holiday decorations have officially appeared in Magic Kingdom (cue Mariah Carey). However, we’ve also seen some Disney World restaurant menus change, and that’s what we want to tell you about.
Yes, we’re still enjoying the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival and we will be enjoying it through November 23rd.

We even recently discovered a SECRET drink that’s VERY exclusive (and it’s DELICIOUS) at the festival. We also got more details about Disney World’s OTHER food and wine festival, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic. We’ve also been keeping an eye on Disney World restaurant menus because they are ALWAYS changing, so let’s take a look at the menu changes we found this week.
Don’t count on a Disney World restaurant to have the same menu as the last time you visited.

Why? That’s because Disney World is always changing up menus, adding seasonal foods, and changing prices. For example, the Fantasmic! dining package just went up in price. But that’s not the only big change we had this week in the world of Disney dining: some restaurants also just changed their menus.
We’ve been busy eating everything at the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival, as well as checking out all of the amazing St. Patrick’s Day treats at Disney World!

But we’ve also been paying attention to each restaurant at Disney World, looking for any menu changes, and this week, we noticed a LOT of price changes. Like A LOT.
We’re back in Blizzard Beach during the water park’s reopening today! We’ve shared a look at some of the modified health and safety measures in place, as well as a few surprises along the way!
Ski Lifts
We’ve been splashing around in the Lazy River and taking a ride on the water slides in the park today. But, we couldn’t resist indulging in a few treats while we were there!
With Memorial Day weekend behind us, summer has unofficially begun. So grab your towel, OODLES of sunscreen, and (Swim) SUIT UP… because I can’t think of a better place to kick off the season than BLIZZARD BEACH!!!

I don’t know about you, but fewer things make me as hungry as a day of splashing the day away at one of Disney World’s two water parks (Blizzard Beach’s counterpart is Typhoon Lagoon). So we thought it would be fun to take you on a little tour of the Quick Service spots around Blizzard Beach and grab a bite or two while we’re at it.
