Today is the grand opening of Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs! We’ve been buzzing with excitement ever since we visited on the first day of their soft opening back in December!

After a brief closure following their soft opening, Gideon’s is BACK in action with scrumptious cookies, cake, and coffee! (Oh, and did we mention some FREE goodies for the opening too?)

The grand opening is filled with limited-edition cookies, free merchandise, and more! While visiting to get our hands on those delicious cookies, we spotted some new decor and it’s seriously eye-catching.

Okay, maybe Saturday morning isn’t usually cookie time, but it IS when it’s the Gideon’s Bakehouse GRAND OPENING in Disney Springs. This beloved cookie supplier soft-opened the location last month, and now we’re celebrating the full opening of the restaurant at a special event!
If you’ve been to Disney World, chances are you’ve waited in some lines.

Whether it’s for the hottest attraction in the park, or to eat at a restaurant, we’ve all waited in some form or another. But with the grand opening of Gideon’s Bakehouse today comes one of the longest lines EVER!

When Gideon’s Bakehouse first welcomed guests as part of its soft opening at the end of 2020, we stepped into cookie heaven and brought you all our hot takes on their GIANT treats.

Gideon’s temporarily closed shortly thereafter, however. But, the cookie conservatory opened once again today! So, we stopped by to take a look around and (of course) grab some treats.
It’s official! Some of the greatest cookies ever will once again be available in Disney Springs!

Gideon’s Bakehouse started the year with a limited soft opening at their new location in Disney Springs. The spot closed for some time to get set for a grand opening and it’s reopening TODAY! To celebrate, they’ve announced a HUGE Grand Opening event with TONS of cookies and free merch!
Gideon’s Bakehouse is a brand new cookie shop that opened in Disney Springs last month. The shop opened with a HUGE turnout as there were sometimes upwards of a three hour wait to get through the door. I mean, they serve up CUPS of frosting, Peanut Butter Iced Coffee, and insanely delish half-pound cookies…so yeah, we get the hype.

Gideon’s Bakehouse temporarily closed their doors at the beginning of January to deal with some “behind the scenes logistics ahead of the grand opening.” But now, we have some BIG news for those of you looking to get your cookie fix in Disney World.
