That’s true even in Disney World restaurants. New foods are always appearing, special snacks pop up for holidays and other occasions, and even menus sometimes get a complete overhaul. Today, we’ve got some menu changes to share with you at an EPCOT restaurant.

It might be June but Disney is already looking toward the holiday season, and today they announced the dates of EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays! Now close your eyes and imagine the holidays in Disney World. You may think of the Candlelight Processional or Santa Claus, but some of us think of something specific — COOKIES! And what’s an EPCOT festival without cookies?
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will soon see a CHANGE when it comes to one of the ride’s most important elements.

As part of the ride, you go through a highly themed queue, several pre-show areas, and (of course) the coaster itself. While there are a bunch of screens and special effects to look at, one key element to the ride is…the music! Right now, you’ll get a random song during each ride out of a pre-selected playlist. But later this year, Disney will be changing things up in a special way!
Yes, we’re celebrating the holidays in June. Don’t ask questions, just go with it. 😂
It’s the Christmas season! (Sort of)
Disney is celebrating Halfway to the Holidays this week, which means we’re about 6 months away from this year’s holiday season! Some of the celebrations include themed treats in the parks and BIG announcements about what’s coming to Disney World in November and December this year. We’ve already learned that Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is returning! That’s especially true in EPCOT, where there are multiple festivals happening at different times of the year (we’re gearing up for the Food & Wine Festival starting soon!) that bring in even more delicious food than what’s already being offered on a daily basis! Lily Aldridge has brought her own magic to Disney parks in many ways! You may have seen (or even bought) her designer Rainbow Ears, or maybe you’ve sipped on her drink in EPCOT, The Lily Margarita. And speaking of, the drink was so good, that after it debuted at the El Artista Hambriento booth at the 2022 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, it was added to the permanent menu at La Cava del Tequila! And now, this gorgeous drink got an upgrade!
